Your Task

1.      Complete the video tutorial

2.      Complete the Time Diagnosis Worksheet (file -> make a copy)

3.      Work out your study time efficiency (%) – determine whether attention is required

4.      Determine your main cause(s) of time inefficiency

Summary

-         Time means efficient study time that you spend being productive (not the bums-on-seats time)

-         If you only have 50% efficiency, every 10 hours you study will be 5 hours wasted

-         Important to find out what is the cause of your time inefficiency
